My experience at Outten was very good. Jack, who got me my car was very good and most importantly was definitely not pushing. He explained everything to us very clearly and was extremely helpful as were all the Outten employees we had contact with. This was my first contact with Kia and Outten and I would not hesitate to recommend them. So far I love my new Kia Sportage Hybrid.

Outten Kia service is definitely my preferred dealership to go for service. They are not the closest dealership to me, but worth the extra 15 minute ride. Matt, Kathy, Jake, Cosme, and the others are always so helpful and courteous. Mechanics always do a great job. Thank you.

Been using this service department for my 2009 Ford Focus ever since Kia took over the Ford dealership. Have always been happy with the service. Everyone is personable and friendly. Kathy is the best. She always remembers my name. Had the privilege of meeting her son this time. He also is a great asset to the dealership.

Sean made the car buying experience great! He answered all of my questions and was very friendly, informative and responsive during the car buying experience. He made me feel comfortable without being pushy and was great when explaining all the cars features. As someone who doesn’t enjoy car shopping, he made the experience stress free for me.

Bought my Sportage from here, and just had it In for service and inspection. Great Service and staff! John and Katherine the service advisor is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had and made sure I was satisfied!
