I always have my car serviced at Outen Kia. The technicians and customer service folks are pleasant and efficient, and they keep my car running smoothly without trying to sell me unneeded services.

It was just an oil change and tire rotation, but it was a good experience. They were fast, friendly and professional. We were satisfied with the cost and will be going back again.

I received prompt, friendly attention. Jay was Very professional and gave me a good idea about my car’s health because it has high mileage. I am going back for my inspection in July! Great team!!!

Professional, courteous and respectful of your time. Fixed a major engine issue under warranty, runs well again. Shuttle service to Cabela's is a nice perk. It's worth the extra 10-15 minutes to take my Kia to Hamburg.

Outten’s service department is consistently great to deal with. The whole team there are always helpful, and make they really do make the service process easy. I fully recommend them for Kia service.

My low beams went out over the weekend. Hamburg Kia fit me in first thing Monday Morning. They fixed the low beams right away for me. The price was not bad. Thank you. I will always go to Hamburg Kia for my Sportage. I trust them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service department! Helpful people behind the counter. For the times I have been there I have never felt pressured to do work that was not necessary and they have never been pushy. Fantastic dealership.

So no bad experiences with Kia Outten service. Kathy the service manager is great, the service is fast, don’t keep you waiting long. Except, when you bring a CLEAN car in to be serviced and the tech leaves greasy smudges on your hood,smudges on the shiny rims, finger prints on the black door trim,and windows. I know you offer to wash the vehicle and most times I will say no only do to a bad experience with another dealer’s service.

The best service car experience I ever made. He was courteous and patient. I couldn’t find a sit in the waiting room areas and I was gladly given to sit in the showroom. And they were not looking after your money first. Serving the client is their priority.

Went to the Service Department fir recall work. The counter person was amazing. Walked me through each recall to be performed. Gave me a tour of the waiting area. The waiting area was a suprise. Had a fill size office desk, office chair, power strip and about 10 phone charging cables. I was able to use my laptop to work and not lose work hours. When my car was finished they had even washed ir. I know where I am going for service on my KIA.

I absolutely love Outten Kia. The staff is always so friendly & knowledgeable. They also always get me out the door as soon as I can. Thanks for the great service!
