Sean went above and beyond in helping me and my husband get our family vehicle. We test drove a Kia Carnvial last year and fell in love!! When the time was right we went back and Sean remembered us and picked up right where we left off!! Will recommend him to anyone!!

Friendly, courteous, asked if we needed water because of the heat that day. Maintenance check was done in a timely manner. Overall very pleased with our visit.

Kia Outten has been great from the start. Gave me a great deal, fix what I needed and beyond, always been friendly and polite, and always is accommodating. Every time I need it worked done on my car. They always provided me a rental which no other Dealership has done.

Sean made the car buying experience great! He answered all of my questions and was very friendly, informative and responsive during the car buying experience. He made me feel comfortable without being pushy and was great when explaining all the cars features. As someone who doesn’t enjoy car shopping, he made the experience stress free for me.

My grandmother took her 2015 kia optima hybrid here for an engine replacement. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! They were extremely accommodating and kept me informed throughout the entire process from warranty to completion.

I had my car at Kia dealer in Hamburg for a full detail. Their team has done an outstanding job over and over again! I have been going there for at least the last 3-4 years to have my car detailed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The car looked as though it just came out of the showroom. I took my Kia Sportage to have the anti theft system installed, and had another small necessary repair. I sat in the very comfortable lounge area, enjoyed a complimentary coffee, watched a little TV and was very pleased with the service I received. It's my second Kia Sportage from Outten and I recommend both their service and sales team. Not disappointed.
