My grandmother took her 2015 kia optima hybrid here for an engine replacement. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! They were extremely accommodating and kept me informed throughout the entire process from warranty to completion.

I moved in the area from South Carolina in December, 2024 and Outten KIA, took very good care of us with no push back. I am going to use Outten KIA as my go to dealership.

Each time I take my Seltos to Outten Kia Service Department I continue to receive excellent service from their Service Department. Their process never changes along with the curtesy of the staff. They always make sure to address any issues ahead of doing service; review work that will be done; and then review the work that was actually done making sure you do not have any additional questions or concerns. I had my car at Kia dealer in Hamburg for a full detail. Their team has done an outstanding job over and over again! I have been going there for at least the last 3-4 years to have my car detailed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The car looked as though it just came out of the showroom. Just want to say thank you again to the whole Kia team for the awesome job that you continue to do.🙋

I took my Kia Sportage to have the anti theft system installed, and had another small necessary repair. I sat in the very comfortable lounge area, enjoyed a complimentary coffee, watched a little TV and was very pleased with the service I received. It's my second Kia Sportage from Outten and I recommend both their service and sales team. Not disappointed.

I always have my car serviced at Outen Kia. The technicians and customer service folks are pleasant and efficient, and they keep my car running smoothly without trying to sell me unneeded services.

It was just an oil change and tire rotation, but it was a good experience. They were fast, friendly and professional. We were satisfied with the cost and will be going back again.

Professional, courteous and respectful of your time. Fixed a major engine issue under warranty, runs well again. Shuttle service to Cabela's is a nice perk. It's worth the extra 10-15 minutes to take my Kia to Hamburg.

Outten’s service department is consistently great to deal with. The whole team there are always helpful, and make they really do make the service process easy. I fully recommend them for Kia service.

My low beams went out over the weekend. Hamburg Kia fit me in first thing Monday Morning. They fixed the low beams right away for me. The price was not bad. Thank you. I will always go to Hamburg Kia for my Sportage. I trust them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service department! Helpful people behind the counter. For the times I have been there I have never felt pressured to do work that was not necessary and they have never been pushy. Fantastic dealership.

So no bad experiences with Kia Outten service. Kathy the service manager is great, the service is fast, don’t keep you waiting long. Except, when you bring a CLEAN car in to be serviced and the tech leaves greasy smudges on your hood,smudges on the shiny rims, finger prints on the black door trim,and windows. I know you offer to wash the vehicle and most times I will say no only do to a bad experience with another dealer’s service.
